Exploring Lake Baldwin Park in Orlando

Lake Baldwin Park is a true beauty. This natural lake with a bordering trail offers outdoor entertainment for the community. The paved trail around the lake measures 2.7 miles. When out enjoying the path you will come across families, joggers, people out walking their dogs, couples taking in the view, a cyclist making their rounds and walkers abound.

Lake Baldwin Park is connected to four other local parks. When going around the path you will come across Blue Jacket Park, Lake Baldwin Park Winter Park, Orlando Veteran's Memorial Park and Harbor Park.

The park has scenic views all around. This makes walking the trail a visual delight. The native plants and trees serve as a backdrop to the peaceful lake. I enjoy watching the boats on the lake. There are benches scattered along the trail.  It's a nice feature that allows one to take in the view and watch the birds.

Juice Bikes has a rental station on New Broad St.  If you don't feel like walking around the like renting bikes is a nice option. After enjoying the park swing by one of the many local eateries for a bite and brews.
