Exploring Orlando with visits to Leu Gardens, Animal Kingdom, Day Trip to Tampa, Enjoying Craft Beer & more

I started off last week with a lovely stroll through Leu Gardens. Bryan and I took advantage of the free admission offered the first Monday of each month. I like to visit later in the afternoon when the crowds aren't too busy.

Tuesday my youngest and I stopped by Gigi's Cupcakes for some Ice Cream For Breakfast.  In support of Give Kids the World's fundraiser, Gigi's is offering Cupshakes.  These delicious treats are made with their cupcakes blended in shakes. You can enjoy these shakes throughout the rest of July. For each Cupshake sold Gigi's will donate $3 to Give Kids The World.  A fun way for you to get involved and support Give Kids The World is to host your own Ice Cream For Breakfast Social.

That afternoon CK and I did some exploring at Disney's Animal Kingdom.

Saturday Bryan and I tried braving I-Drive for an event.  Traffic was a nightmare. We decided to bail on the event and head back home in more traffic.  We took a little detour to enjoy an afternoon beer at Orlando Brewery would be more fun. The Hoppy Couple joined us for a couple of pints.

Later that evening we headed over to Audubon Park to enjoy the Bastille Day festivities.  We grabbed a bite with friends at Bikes, Beans & Bordeaux.  Their new expansion is awesome.

After the fun on the cruise ship Amanda & I met up with Denise and Jeff from Mousesteps for some tasty pizza.  Jeff had recommended that we grab some slices from Eddie & Sam's Pizza in downtown Tampa.  The pizza here is delicious! Looking forward to coming back when my daughter's in school at the University of Tampa this fall.
