Exploring Orlando with Visits to the Magic Kingdom and Enjoying Craft Beer

I'm probably one of the few people in Orlando who didn't mind all the rain last week. I have been on the go for the last few months and it was so nice to take it slow this week.

My biggest adventure of the week was visiting Walt Disney World on Monday. I took my girls and we had a great time at the Magic Kingdom and Disney's Hollywood Studios.

The weather started off hot, but the rain cooled things down making for a beautiful night.

We grabbed a quick bite at Pinocchio Village Haus. I hadn't been here since we stopped by for lunch on our first visit in 2000.  I was looking for a dining option for Meatless Monday and I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed my Caprese Flatbread.  By the way did you know you can ask for a cup of ice water? I'm not a soda drinker and I don't want bottled water, so it's nice to enjoy a cold cup of ice water with your meal.

Wednesday night I joined my buddies the Hoppy Couple at Redlight Red Light for the Funky Buddha Welcoming party. We tried some great beer. The Last Snow Porter has got to be one of my top twenty beers. Funky Buddha is now distributing in Orlando, so if you see them on tap don't hesitate to enjoy.

Saturday I joined a bunch of friends at Cask & Larder. We gathered to celebrate a friend's birthday. Cask & Larder is one of my favorite spots in town to enjoy Florida craft beer for Happy Hour.
