Tap & Grind

Looking for a place to "chill" and enjoy a craft beer? Tap & Grind is one of those spots where you can hang with friends and enjoy good beer. This downtown Orlando bar is a hidden gem for craft beer enthusiasts.

Tap & Grind may be a small bar, but it's big on craft beer. This local pub attracts those who know good beer, but you won’t find pretension here just friendly folk.

Tap & Grind doesn't have much seating inside, but you can find a handful of spots at the bar, seating at a few tables. You can also enjoy a pint on their patio out front and take in the Orlando weather. The vibe here is laid back. The lighting is low, the music is chill and the television has some extreme sports playing on the background.

If you'd like to enjoy a beer after work Tap & Grind has a great Happy Hour every day where you'll find $2 off the beers. It's nice to see a Happy Hour on the weekend.

During one of my visits I stopped by when they've had a tap takeover by Sixpoint Brewery. I enjoy tap takeovers; it's a nice way to get a good sense of what the brewery is like. Often when there is an event at Tap & Grind you will also find a food truck parked out front offering customers some tasty eats.

Tap & Grind has a Randall to infuse some tasty flavors into your beer. I had a fantastic Stone Ruination that was in the Randall with fresh pineapple; yeah it was awesome!

There are lots of different bars and pubs downtown, but the friendly vibe and great selection of craft beers makes Tap & Grind my spot for enjoying a pint out with friends.
