Walt Disney World Dining ~ Sleepy Hallow Refreshments

One of my favorite spots to eat in all of Walt Disney World is over at Sleepy Hollow Refreshments in the Magic Kingdom.  How could this small refreshment stand be one of my favorites?  It's serving up some unique bites at a great price, all in a nice setting overlooking the castle.

Sleepy Hallow Refreshments is known for their waffles.  I'm one who gets bored of the same burgers and fries when I come to the theme parks, but I also don't want to spend a lot of money grabbing some lunch.

There are a couple of tasty sandwiches on the menu at Sleepy Hallow.  The Ham, Prosciutto and Swiss waffle is a nice option if you have picky ones in the group.  The Sweet and Spicy Chicken is a bit more adventurous, but just as good.

While I enjoy the sandwiches for lunch, my favorite item at Sleepy Hallow is the Nutella and Fresh Fruit Sandwich.  This is one of my top treats at Walt Disney World.  This delicious dessert is plenty big to split between two people.  This is best to enjoy while sitting, as it can get quite messy with all the fruit toppings.  My kids love this treat as much as I do and it's nice because they are getting some fruit with this treat.

If you're looking for an inexpensive way to enjoy some good food while at the Magic Kingdom I would make my way to Sleepy Hallow over to Liberty Square.  The waffles are big enough to split and they are always serving them fresh.  I've never been disappointed here.  This is an outdoor eatery, so plan ahead for weather.  I enjoy sitting on the patio enjoying my food while listening to the shows taking place in front of the castle.
