We all know that eating a healthy diet is good for you, but sometimes a "good" diet doesn't always taste so great. I enjoy that I can get some good eats from Infusion Tea, and not only are they a healthier choice but they taste pretty darn good too.
This local eatery located in the College Park neighborhood is much more than a tea shop. Yes there is a decent selection of organic teas to choose from, but the foods they offer are just as impressive.
I like that the restaurant is bright and cheery. You'll find a number of tables along with a couple of sofas to sit back and relax. While you're waiting for your tea you can browse the local handicrafts displayed in the store. They also have a patio out front which is a nice place to sit and enjoy their weekly Sunday Brunch Market.
Infusion Tea is my favorites spot to get some veggie dishes. While I enjoy meat I also enjoy going veggie when I can. Not many places can pull off tasty vegetarian options, but Infusion Tea does a great job in doing so. The menu has a lot of nice options with salads, wraps, pizzas, and sandwiches, but I always end up going with a panini. I've been a few times and have enjoyed all the tasty menu items I've tried.
With over fifty teas to choose from I always enjoy getting one of the iced teas of the day. They are flavorful and you get refills with your glass.
Chèvre PaninoIf you're looking for a sweet treat they have a great selection that changes daily from the Chocolate Provocateur. While I've never tried any of these treats they do look amazing! Maybe you aren't looking to indulge in a dessert, but perhaps a chair massage is your type of treat? Take 5 Massage offers chair massage from noon-4pm Tuesday through Friday.
Enjoy a stroll around College Park and stop in for some lunch or a nice glass of iced tea to cool you off. Infusion Tea is a nice local eatery worth checking out.
